Piper Building | SW6
Investment property search
Property Type: Penthouse Apartment
Guide Price: £2m
The Brief: Conduct a London wide search for an investment property with potential for planning gain in an undervalued area of town with good prospects for a Thailand based property investor looking for the potential for an immediate return on investment if the decision was taken to sell over a short term period.
The Solution: We identified The Piper Building in Peterborough Road in Fulham as a building with great potential. It was undervalued at the time due to impending and quite local London Super Sewer construction works. This Penthouse apartment had great views from a private roof terrace and required only light renovation works after planning permission was granted for an extension. Our client made a healthy return on his investment.
