The Solution: We identified The Piper Building in Peterborough Road in Fulham as a building with great potential. It was undervalued at the time due to impending and quite local London Super Sewer construction works. This Penthouse apartment had great views from a private roof terrace and required only light renovation works after planning permission was granted for an extension. Our client made a healthy return on his investment.
