The Brief: Our client was desperate to stop using hotels when he was in London, had been looking for a house for 3 years and retained us to take over his search to find a well located but private house with a large private garden and off street car parking so that he could set up home in London and have a place to entertain his fiends whilst he was in the UK.
The Solution: We were one of the first through the door of one of the rarest houses in central Kensington which had the almost unique advantage of a private 200 foot long, beautifully landscaped and very private garden with a rear access allowing for off street car parking for 3/4 vehicles. This very private house offered the perfect blend of bedrooms/entertaining spaces and we were able to secure it well under the guide price before the house appeared on the open market.
